Pre-Production Planning: Filming arrangements

This is everything I arranged for the Filming Day 1 at Oxford:
For my equipment I decided to take a good sized tote bag to fit all of my equipment in nicely. I didn't take anything bigger as I knew that I was used to carrying this bag and it's weight so I could be comfortable throughout the day and not get fatigued. All my equipment fit nicely in the bag and there was also room for other things such as a purse, my mobile phone and a charger.
In the small pocket of my bag I packed extra batteries for the DSLR and Camcorder, and also extra memory cards in case I run out of memory-
The main section of the bag contained a tripod, my DSLR in it's case, the camcorder and a wallet that had documents such as call sheets, storyboard and filming permssion licence for reference.
In terms of clothes I decided to wear comfortable clothes such as a hoodie and jeans as I wanted to keep warm. I also took my coat with me in the situation that it does rain. I also had this discussion with my actors telling them to perhaps pack light as it may be a long day and to make sure they are wearing comfortable clothing.
