After some reflection after talking to Lucy, I came to the conclusion that I preferred the narrative of the first idea which was to have the narrative of a couple but at the end present it as a memory/analepsis where one of them is looking back at their teenage relationship when they are older and perhaps no longer together. Lucy gave me some really good ideas in terms of Camera Angles, Editing, Song Choice and Mis-en-scene. I've gone back and added these into my research consolidation. I feel the pitch gave me some fresh ideas in my approach to the music video and I will take her opinions into consideration.
