My initial ideas for my Digipak aided by my research is to create a design ideas based around outlines. This idea was inspired by the Catfish And The Bottlemen Digipak and inspiration from social media as outlines are very popular and are often related to the idea of Indie.

I did a bit of research on the different design types and created a mood board below:

After researching outlines I realised I really liked the look of hand outlines and made a mood board out of them. These really appealed to me as they fit my genre well however it also can portray significant meaning of my two main actors, emphasising the message behind the music video.
To conclude my research I will create my Digipak using album art that is outlines of hands. To do this I will take photos of two hands in different angles and positions and will then create an outline on clear acetate and scan it into photoshop to create an overlay. I will then use this overlay and use a Digipak 4 panel, 1 disc Digipak template from http://www.discmakers.com/templates/digipaks.asp like many of the Digipaks I have researched to use as a template for my Digipak. My next steps are to take pictures of hands and create a contact sheet.
